Great information here, Klaudia! You can’t publicize the importance of mental health issues enough because so many are affected and so many still feel uncomfortable seeking help. I have had three bouts of clinical depression and each time I still dragged my feet in getting help because it felt like I had failed–and I even KNEW that was the lie of depression talking. Aw Lee, yeah I know. It is so easy to judge people without knowing what’s really going on, and those who suffer themselves feel guilty or not ‘good enough’, or juts too embarrassed …. How often do we hear of people have committed suicide, and we all thought they were living the happiest lives ever?! When I was on daily medication I started feeling ‘weird’, just not myself, it was very confusing and frightening. I knew it must have been the meds that have caused me changing so drastic, I caught myself considering to jump off …. oh dear, that was the moment I woke up and realised what was happening.I stopped taking these pills immediately and today I am back to happy me 🙂 Thank you so much for coming over and leaving your nice comments!!
