Hey Kaludia, Must say history doesn’t do it for me, but out of this list I have to say Ancient Greece is the best destination for me.

I only dabbled in the next biggest city Thessaloniki, but like you say, it isnt all about the past. That city was thriving and modern in so many ways, with bits of history scattered throughout. As a sports lover, I will have to visit Olympia at some point…definitely helped shaped the world.
