I love this post. I don’t think people realize how important it is to take time for ourselves. My favorite is to take time to be creative. For someone who doesn’t do creative things often it takes all of my brain power and therefore takes my mind off everything else.
I totally agree with your list! Channeling our inner creativity, challenging our brain to learn new skills, making our bodies move, taking care of our teeth, and de-stressing is just as important as eating and breathing! Don’t you agree?
